🕒 Check-In & Access

• Keyless entry with personalized code — available via booking app at 3 PM on your check-in day.

• All communication (including your door code) will be shared through the booking messaging system only.

• Do not share your door code with anyone not on the reservation.

• Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book and stay.

• No early check-ins or late check-outs unless pre-approved.

🚫 Pets & Guests

• No pets allowed. This is a pet-free property.

• The cabin is designed for adults only — no children, no exceptions.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

🛁 Towels & Linens

• Fresh bath towels, "play towels", and sheets are provided.

• Do not remove towels or linens from the cabin. A fee of $20 per missing towel/washcloth/hand towel will apply.

• Starter paper goods and Keurig coffee pods are provided for your convenience. Longer stays may require guests to supply additional items.

📺 Technology & Entertainment

• WiFi & Roku-enabled TVs are available — just log in with your own streaming passwords.

• No Bluetooth speakers provided — feel free to use your phone and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the Smokies.

🧺 Laundry & Cleaning Supplies

• All-in-one washer/dryer with automatic Tide detergent dispensing (no need to add any).

• Broom/dustpan: in laundry area

• Iron & ironing board: main level laundry closet

• Minimal cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink for guest use.

🔥 Play Loft Guidelines

• Equipment is adjustable — please modify for comfort before use.

• Not all items in photos are guaranteed to be available.

• Please clean all equipment after each use.

• Toy-safe wipes are provided in a canister — do not use bleach or all-purpose cleaners.

• Provided condoms are non-lubricated, non-spermicidal, for toy use only.

• Clean all novelty/toy items with provided toy cleaner.

• After use, place toys in the kitchen sink before checkout.

• Dispose of wipes and condoms in the red trash can (do not flush!).

🚽 Septic System Rules (Very Important)

• The cabin is on a septic system — do not flush anything besides toilet paper.

• No wipes of any kind, even if labeled "flushable."

• Use the provided trash can beside the toilet.

• A $500 fee will apply for any septic-related damage or flushing violations.

🧼 Checkout Instructions

• Place all trash in the outdoor bearproof bin.

• Run the dishwasher with only dishwasher detergent.

• Place wet bath towels in the shower.

• Strip bedding and leave it in the bathroom.

• Return all TV remotes to their original locations.

🚿 "Play" Towel Rule

• Guests must wash all "play towels" before checkout — no exceptions.

• A $100 fee will be charged if this is not done.

• One bleach tab is provided — only use it with "play towels", not regular laundry.

• This cabin is a camera-free, recording-free space.

• Your experience and privacy are our top priority.
